"Eddie is not only knowledgeable and very professional, he is extremely personable--someone you feel comfortable around instantly. He ascertains your interests and resources and then organizes efficient itineraries for property visits. He follows up on questions and provides informative materials about the area. He continues to stay in touch well after the completion of our home purchase. Eddie is the best real estate broker we have ever had and it has been a pleasure to work with him."

"Eddie Bowers is one of the best in the real estate business. Eddie patiently and persistantly worked with us for nearly nine-months as we searched the Summit County market for the 'perfect' condo investment property. Eddie was (and still is!) always there for us and patiently worked with us through scores of prospect properties. Eddie listened to our needs, never rushed us, and eventually he helped us find that 'perfect' property. We are very grateful that we met Eddie, and we now consider him a true friend. Eddie also made our closing process and lender selection a breeze!"

Sold a home in 2010 in Blue River, Breckenridge, CO 80424.
"Our first experience Eddie responded while on vacation! An agent that responds on vacation and did I mention his vacation was in a foreign country? Eddie started as and will remain our go to person for any of our Real Estate needs in Summit County. Eddie is like a family member who has your best interests at heart. All the qualities of a agent with the honesty and friendliness and willingness to go the extra, all wrapped into one! Beginning with 2004 and as recently as 2010 our transactions with Eddie have been flawless."

"Everything about our experience with Eddie Bowers was efficient and focused. He knew the inventory that fit our criteria extremely well and made necessary recommendations. His experience and contacts with local lending provided some necessary help as we got close to closing as well.
Excellent agent with excellent market knowledge as well as some good contacts in other aspects of home buying which proved fruitful.
The only reason I did not score a 5/5 on the negotiation skills has nothing to do with any dissatisfaction or questioning on Eddie's capability but strictly that we got to a negotiated price (under Eddie's guidance) fairly quickly and there was no real complicated or sophisticated negotation involved in our deal."
